April or January?

When we made plans to ski this weekend, we had no idea how incredible it would be. The boys' sports were canceled so instead of skiing Sunday as planned, we headed up this morning and skied on 5.5 inches of new snow and were dressed for conditions more like January than April. It snowed basically all day and we skied powder all day. I found myself giggling as we hit the trees and the powder. 

We also caught a special Bronco draft event, hit happy hour, the hot tub, and played a few rounds of Rummikub. T-man was also able to have a special day at a friend's sleepover birthday party. So glad we decided to get in one last day of "spring" skiing. A day I won't forget for awhile. 

This was at the end of the day and the snow was so deep you couldn't even see our skis!
