Under the Big Top

T-man and his friend made casual (last minute) plans to go to homecoming this year. They both wanted to go and it’s great they had each other. There definitely is less drama and organizing when there are only two kids involved. 

We took a few pictures before hand and then took them to Mod Pizza for dinner. They got to the dance around 8:15 and there were already a lot of kids there (yay). The dance was outside again (under the big top theme) after the success of last year’s outside dance (the silver linings of COVID). 

We picked up one kiddo at 10:30 after the dance, but T-man was off with ultimate frisbee kiddos. They both sounded like the had a nice time - you just need your bud to go with. And T-man and I talked about how D-man didn’t get a homecoming his junior year and how you regret the things you didn’t do more than the things you do. I’m glad he has that perspective.
