We were there for rope drop and got on Peter Pan’s flight which Drake was adamant we go in as it was one of the original rides. The lines get super long for this ride so it was great to be enjoy it without the huge line.
We then hit Haunted Mansion, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and It’s a Small World all without genie+. We got in two shows before we hit our first genie+ ride - Jungle Cruise. And then enjoyed several rides before lunch - including the new Tron ride.
We returned to the hotel for naps and some pool time and headed back to Magic Kingdom for dinner around 7:00. The crowds were big for the fireworks show so we didn’t have a great spot, but we did see it.
We continued on several rides, but were very bummed that Space Mountain was down. However, thanks to Drake continually checking his phone, we saw when it opened up and we were able to get in two rides with no lines! Incredible!!
