Basketball Week 🏀

Last week, Marshall and I attended two playoff basketball games. On Tuesday night, we watched the Monarch girls basketball team lose in the Sweet Sixteen to a tough team from Fort Collins. Monarch was rated 4th in the state, but their 2nd leading scorer was injured which really hurt the team. 

On Wednesday night, we ventured over to Lafayette to watch the Centaurus Warriors and our friend’s son battle against Steamboat Springs. They won by 20 points and JT had two dunks! It was a super fun environment and great to cheer them on to the round of  eight. 

We then grabbed a drink and some food in downtown Louisville with our friends and enjoyed catching up with them. 

D-man made it to the 2nd half of the girls’ game after state DECA (sporting the cowboy hat and his suit).
