The team had a great day in pool play going 2-1 and beating the number one seed Boulder. The team was really gelling and played well together. It was a warm and sunny day which was wonderful for the games.
On Sunday, the day started out much windier and colder, but there was a spread for the moms and mimosas being poured. With the wind, it also made for harder games and the team went 1-2. It was a still a great day and seeing the improvement that T-man has made throughout the season has been a joy to watch. I saw seniors coaching him up and one of the seniors was asking for his energy and also stated, “we love you T-man.” This is the reason you want your kids finding their “thing.”
We wrapped up the day with the end of season banquet. I can’t wait to see what the next three years bring for him.
