Day 5 - Lameshur Bay

On Tuesday, we sailed over to Coral Bay via tacking which is criss crossing the channel to take advantage of the wind. The boys were not aware of this and having two lines out the back fishing do NOT work with this….. I was oblivious to all of the antics in the back as I was laying up front focused on the horizon and not being sick. 

We went to the floating taco bar for tacos and drinks for lunch. Eating tacos while sitting on inner tube-like flotation device is not easy! But, definitely a unique and fun experience! 

We then motored over to Lameshur Bay for our evening stop. We did some cool snorkeling around different types of coral structures. We saw a turtle feeding off the coral and just swimming around - very cool! We saw a family of squid among many other fish including a barracuda. T-man and Alex took out the paddle boards and explored the bay. 

We ate dinner and all watched the full Moon come up. I loved that D-man was the one leading the charge and even broke he and his brother’s rule of not having the phone out of the cabin so he could look at his star app.
